Easy Steps to Qualify for the Battery Rebate

To be eligible for the WA Residential Battery Scheme, you’ll need:

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • A residential property or home-based business in Western Australia.
 
  • A residential electricity account with Synergy or Horizon Power.
 
  • Must select a new, additional or replacement solar battery with at least 5kWh of storage.
 
  • A VPP-ready battery system (able to connect to the grid and maintain internet connection for regular testing).

  • To meet system and warranty standards.
