What made you look into solar and battery?
Since I moved in, we’ve used a lot of electricity, having a pool and fridges, etc. running constantly. So yeah got solar panels to make electricity a bit cheaper and then a battery to give me even more cheapness, seeing as costs are getting out of hand.
What made you go with Think Renewable?
When Think Renewable knocked on my door one day, I researched them, found out they were a genuine Australian company and so far they’ve been good.
What impact have you seen on your energy bills since getting solar and a battery?
Results since having it have been excellent. I think I’ve paid about $67 in the last 12 months roughly. So it’s been excellent.
How was your experience throughout the process with Think Renewable?
The end to end has been excellent. Really, really good. Their workmanship was excellent of their tradies that they use. Follow-up was good. And since I’ve had a few issues mainly with the internet connection thing where you can see what’s happening, follow-up has been excellent, very prompt, very efficient. They’ve been great.
